How to return and get a refund or replacement?

1. Contact our customer service via email: info@powertecautoparts.co.za, and explain the issue. Please attach photos or videos to verify the problem.
2. Our team will review your case and provide a solution based on our return policy.
3. Once both sides agree on the solution, we will send you the return instructions. Do not send your return to the address on the package.
4. If a return is required, send the product back. Once received, we will process the refund or replacement. Refunds usually arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

1. Reasons Supporting Free Return

DOA (Dead on arrival)	If the item is damaged, you may reject it upon delivery
Wrong item sent	Provide photos of the item, SKU (model), and shipping labels
Doesn’t match the description	Send photos clearly showing the issue
Quality issues / Missing parts	Photos or videos are required to verify the issue

2. Reasons Not Supporting Free Return

Expectations not met / Found better price	Buyer covers return cost
Missing manual or non-standard manual	Request a digital version by email
